This post brought to you by LG. All opinions are 100% mine.
It has only been about six months or so that I have had my phone that allows me to text. Prior to my current phone my other phone was as basic as they come. There were no “bells and whistles”. It was a plain, simple phone that allowed me to make phone calls and that was about it.
My current phone is an LG Lotus Elite . Its A LOT different (and better!) then my old phone. I can text, watch TV, listen to music, it has GPS and other nifty features.
Even though my new phone is a huge improvement from what I used to have I am still eyeing the smart phones. I’m jealous of all the cool features that come with the smart phones that my phone cannot do.
For example the new NEW LG Optimus phone. Its a really slick looking phone that is overflowing with great features that puts my little phone to shame.
The LG Optimus One is a smart phone from the company’s Optimus series of smart devices. Powered by Android 2.2 and optimized for Google Mobile Services, Optimus One delivers the ultimate smart phone experience while offering easier accessibility for the growing number of consumers looking to purchase their first smart phone.
Some great features of the LG Optimus One include:
– The ability to access the Internet two to three times faster and smoother. This is great for browsing, web page loading, application pop-ups and multi-tasking.
– The phone is easy to sync with Outlook Calendar.
– The portable Wi-Fi looks for hot spots and you can easily share a single 3G connection.
– The phone is optimized for popular Google Mobile Services including Google Voice Search, Google Voice Actions, Google Goggles, Google Shopper and Google Maps with navigation.
– This phone offers access to the Android Market with more then 80,000+ applications. I would LOVE to be able to use some of these applications! My friends have phones that can use these applications and I’m jealous. They can do some pretty cool things with their phone.
– The LG Optimus One focuses on offering instant information search and versatile application packages include Google Mobile Service and even quality application advertising functions.
– The phone features a fun user-friendly interface, great for “technologically challenged” people like me.
– The LG Optimus One also includes the exclusive LG App Advisor, which recommends 10 highly rated applications every two weeks. I have a similar feature on our iPad and its really handy to have.
– As a freelance photographer I can appreciate the camera with face tracking, smile shots and a 3.2″ HVGA screen.
– The phone also comes with a long lasting 1500AH capacity battery.
As you can see this is truly a very SMART phone. I wish I could put this on my Christmas Wish List, but I just got a new phone. Maybe next year if I’m a good girl. LOL!
