Magic Mike Giveaway! (ends 10/15/12)

I’m pretty sure that most women have heard of the movie Magic Mike. I’m also fairly certain that most men did not rush to see the film when it was in theaters. LOL!

If you are unfamiliar with the movie, here is a brief synopsis;

A dramatic comedy set in the world of male strippers, Magic Mike is directed by Academy Award winner Steven Soderbergh (Traffic) and stars Channing Tatum in the title role. The film follows Mike as he takes a young dancer called The Kid (Alex Pettyfer) under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women, and making easy money.

The movie starts the hot bodies, I mean talent (:-)) of Channing Tatum, Matthew McConaughey, Alex Pettyfer, Joe Manganiello, Matt Bomer, and for the guys, Olivia Munn.

Here is the movie’s trailer. No worries, it’s not raunchy. Trust me, there is more to the story then just hot guys dancing on stage. LOL!

When my husband heard that we’re getting a copy of the movie to review he just rolled his eyes and said “That’s OK – YOU can watch it when I’m at work“. LOL!

My daughter loves Channing Tatum and would love to see the movie. I have a feeling that it might not be appropriate for a 15 year old, although it is rated PG-13, so I guess I need to see it first to make sure it’s OK for her to watch.

There is talk of a sequel, Magic Mike 2. Channing Tatum wants to direct it. I wonder if they are going to go with the original cast, or if they are going to get in a whole new group of dancers? Humm… what would be my dream cast for Magic Mike 2? There are 5 original dancers so my choices would be.

1. Channing Tatum

2. Jake Gyllenhaal

3. Sam Worthington

4. Hugh Jackman

5.  Chris Hemsworth

If they had a Magic Mike 3 I would want to see these guys dancing on stage too – Paul Walker, Ryan Reynolds, Chris Evans, Zac Efron and Chris Pine. Granted some have better bodies than others, but none the less, these are hot looking guys that I wouldn’t mind drooling over, I mean watching, in a movie.
