Now playing in theaters across the country, as well as On Demand, is the sensual thriller Strictly Confidential.
Strictly Confidential stars Elizabeth Hurley, Georgia Lock, Lauren McQueen, Freddie Thorpe and Genevieve Gaunt.
Family and friends gather for a week on a Caribbean island to commemorate the accidental death of young, beautiful, well loved Rebecca.
Rebecca’s best friend, Mia (Lock) still hasn’t recovered from her death and still grieves for her.
On the island everyone is carrying on with secrets behind closed doors. The only one who is focused on Rebecca is Mia.
Mia doesn’t understand why her best friend would have killed herself. Was it an accident? Was she murdered?
While on the island, Mia tries to find out the truth. What she finds will shock everyone.
What shocking discovery is made about Rebecca? To find out, check out Strictly Confidential. Look for it at a theater near you or On Demand.
I must say, this movie had some twists and turns I didn’t expect, most especially when it came to Rebecca.
Elizabeth Hurley looks fabulous for a woman her age. She’s nearly 60 years old! You would never guess that by looking at her. She looks wonderful and has an amazing figure.
Incidentally, this film was written and directed by Hurley’s son, Damian Hurley. No wonder he cast his mom in this film.
The acting overall was good. I especially think Lock did a great job expressing her sadness over the loss of Rebecca. You could even see it in her eyes. She was very convincing. She also looks a lot like Elizabeth Olsen (or at least I think so).
The other characters you could tell were harboring secrets. Right off the bat you could sense that about them.
I like the storyline. It kept my interest the entire time. Just when I thought I figured out the truth, I realized I was wrong. The ending proved that.
The cinemographs was lovely. It added to the story. It’s hard to believe a place like paradise could have deep, dark secrets lurking beneath the surface.
This film has a run time of 89 minutes. I’m not sure of the rating, but I would definitely say it’s rated R due to the extremely sensual scenes.
