Available today on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Download is the latest installment in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle franchise –
All of the same characters are back including April and Vernon (Megan Fox and Will Arnett). There are some new characters too, like Tyler Perry as a scientist named Baxter Stockton and Stephen Amell as Police Officer Casey Jones.
The Turtle brothers are back to their normal lives since the last movie. They continue to fight crime “behind the scenes” so that no one knows of their existence. They still work along side of April.
It’s a year after they captured Shredder and put him in jail. Shredder is about to be transported to a prison upstate, but April has cause to believe the the Foot Clan is planning on breaking Shredder free.
The Turtles try to get to Shredder before it’s too late. He does get free – but by the most unusual way – he is sucked into a porthole to another dimension.
In the other dimension, Shredder meets an alien named Krag. Krag wants Shedder’s help to find some missing pieces hidden on Earth that will help to open up a porthole that will let him in and destroy Earth. Shedder agrees to work with him.
Now, in addition to finding Shredder and his new minions, the Turtles have to also deal with an unknown enemy (Krag).
Will the Turtles exceed in stopping both Shredder and Krag before it’s too late? Will they be able to keep their identities safe, of will they have to come out of the shadows in order to save the planet? To find out you need to pick up a copy (or download the movie) today, where ever movies are sold.

I liked this film a lot more than the previous one. I think this one had a lot more action, excitement and awesome visual effect.
The special effects are especially good in this film. There are a lot of epic fight scenes (they might be a tad bit too intense for very young children). I think it’s amazing how they can make the Turtle characters look so realistic on the big screen. It’s hard to tell where visual effects end and real life begins.
I also liked the story line in this film a bit better than the previous film.
I’ve never been a fan of TMNT, but after this film, they are starting to grow on me.
I would not be shocked on bit if this film leads into another film. I personally feel like there are a few story plots the movie makers can explore after this film.
You can find the film where ever movies are sold. Some stores are even offering special packaging and extras like all four Turtle eye masks.
