I don’t mind cooking for the most part. There are plenty of times I have been too lazy (or busy) to whip up a wholesome meal. Instead I turn to pasta or something equally as easy.

I know when we move and I am going to be itching to host dinner parties and informal gatherings. I have been anxious to play host for many years.

I have to admit that I am not a gourmet chef. I also don’t know how to cook for large crowds. I’m only used to cooking for four people – me, my husband and our two children. I wish my mother in law was still alive. She cooked for her, my father in law and six children.
