With the new year fast approaching (the day after tomorrow is 2010!) I know that many of my readers are planning on creating New Year’s Resolutions. I for one try not to make resolutions. Resolutions sound good, at first, but after a few days, weeks or months resolutions tend to fall by the wayside and then you end up feeling guilty about another resolution that bit the dust. Instead of resolutions I just tell myself that I am going to make more of a conscious effort to do the right thing (eat better, find ways to exercise, spend more time with my family…).
To help my readers start off 2010 with a bang I am going to do a series of posts, reviews and giveaways geared towards making 2010 a great year for all of you. I already have some amazing guests and articles to feature as well as some very creative products to review and giveaway.
The New Year New You series will focus on weight loss, health, nutrition, mental wellness, spiritual wellness, money management, time management and much, much more!
