Recently I posted about I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter “Breakfast After Dark” campaign with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Lisa Vanderpump. I even interviewed her in regards to the campaign. You can read my interview with Lisa here.
There is a series of videos and recipes created for the campaign. I happened to be watching a few of them earlier today and one of them really stood out to me. This recipe looks super easy. So easy that I am thinking of teaching my teenagers how to make it. I think this would be a great ‘on-the-go” breakfast as well as something simple and easy that they can prepare themselves. Not only that, the recipe looks oh-so-good too!
It’s for Toasted Breakfast Burritos.
All you need to make this is…
- Peppers
- Tomatoes (I don’t like tomatoes, I might substitute this with onions)
- Turkey bacon (or your favorite meat)
- Eggs
- Tortillas
- Shredded Cheese
- Cilantro
Check out how quick an easy it is to make Toasted Breakfast Burritos.
Seriously. How easy are these to make. I’m thinking these might be great for a last minute dinner too, especially on those nights when you are in a rush or you just don’t feel like cooking.
Have you ever made a Toasted Breakfast Burrito before? Did you make it the same way? Do you have another quick and easy breakfast that you love to prepare for yourself or your family?

*I was not asked to post this. I am simply sharing a great recipe that I think others might be interested in as well.

This sounds yummy. I would substitute the onions for the tomatoes and add bacon, sausage and salsa..

I make a ‘what ever is in the fridge’ omelet when I’m in a hurry. This looks very good.

I never thought of doing something like this for breakfast, but boy oh boy, yummy! I would make them exactly as the recipe says, and most of these ingredients ppl already have, I would, except for cilantro.
