CBD became so popular, almost overnight. If you are not familiar with CBD, it is derived from marijuana. It does NOT make you “high.” That part of marijuana is THC. CBD does not make you high.
People use CBD for a variety of reasons – to sleep better, to help with pain, to help relax and to help with anxiety, to name a few.
I have tried many CBD products over the past couple of years. Some work, some don’t. I honestly don’t know why since they are all made with a certain level of CBD (for example, 500 mg). I guess there are just different qualities of CBD.
I am NOT a fan of CBD tinctures. They are oily liquids that you put directly in your mouth, or mix with other liquids. Yuck! They are gross.
I am fine with edible CBD products, such as chocolate and gummies. They tend to mask the gross taste that CBD seems to have.
A while back I received some gummies from the brand Keoni to review.

These are gummies, but they are not the traditional gummy bears like most brands use. These are larger, gummy squares.
The gummies come in different flavors, but honestly, they all tasted the same to me, which is not a bad thing. They also coated in sugar. I thought it would make them too sweet (I don’t things that are too sweet), but it didn’t.
These gummies taste really good. They are not candy-like, which some gummy products tend to taste like. These reminded me of the gummy vitamins that I take.
I found that when something tastes good, I am more likely to remember to take them, which is why many of my vitamins and supplements are in gummy form.
I like that these are safe to use and they are made with natural ingredients.
I have found that these gummies help me to decompress and relax after work. There are some days at work that leave me feeling VERY anxious and stressed out. Thankfully it’s not every day.
I have taken these gummies on days like that, and they seem to help me mellow out quickly enough. I can feel the stress melting away, thankfully.
I have also used these gummies to help me sleep at night. I usually use melatonin or Advil PM to help me fall asleep. Part of my problem is that my mind won’t turn off (I will lie in bed stressing about things I have no control over at 12:00 at night. Sigh…). I have found that these gummies help me to relax enough to fall asleep. I also sleep through the night and I don’t wake up feeling groggy.
I do suffer from aches and pains, I have not noticed much relief as far as that is concerned, but each person has different reactions to things. Just because I didn’t experience pain relief, doesn’t mean that another person won’t. It’s the same reason why Tylenol doesn’t work for me, but Advil does. Yet my husband will only use Tylenol. It’s just our own physiology that decides what works and what does not.
Over all, I am pleased with the gummies from this brand. I would definitely purchase them in the future, if/when I am in the market for CBD gummies.
