I’m all for saving money whenever I can. I’m not fanatical about it. You’ll never see me on an episode of Extreme Couponing. LOL! None the less, it’s great to save money on every day purchases as well as those little “splurges” you do from time to time.
Are you familiar with the site Groupon?
Groupon is a FREE service that you can sign up for that sends you “Deal of the Day” recommendations based on your location. Every day Groupon notifies you of special deals in your area that can save you a substantial amount of money.
Almost everyone I know personally uses Groupon and I have heard about some of their amazing purchases. Recently a friend scored deep discounted tickets to a show at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. I was very impressed.
Just today I received a Groupon deal for a Rosetta Stone language program for $99 (regularly $179). That is 44% savings. I have been considering getting a Rosetta Stone program to help me learn Spanish to make my job a bit easier (many of the kids I work with only speak Spanish). For that much of a savings I think I’m going to jump on it while I have a chance.

I know there are plenty of online coupon sites. I know because I have used several of them to find online coupons (and sometimes printable coupons for in-store purchases). Thanks to Groupon, many Groupon Coupons are exclusive to them and you will not find them anywhere else. For that reason I have bookmarked the site and it’s now at the top of the list I have for coupons. I will check Groupon Coupons before any other site.

I like that the coupons I find on Groupon Coupons work too. It’s really frustrating to find a coupon only to find out that it is no longer valid. With Groupon Coupons you know that the coupons are the most current ones available.
I wish I had thought to check Groupon Coupons earlier. I was at PetSmart this afternoon picking up supplies for our fish. Had I checked Groupon Coupons I would have been able to save 15% on select fish items. I could have saved myself $4.00.
