I know that many people (myself included) are looking to save $$$ this holiday season. Therefore whenever I come across a great sale I think others might be interested in I am happy to pass the information along to my readers.
I just learned that Walmart is having a sale from November 17th – November 25th where Walmart will be giving out a$100 Walmart gift card with the purchase of a Smartphone from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon. The phones on on sale too. Here is the list of phones included in this promotion.

– AT&T BlackBerry Torch – $98.88
– AT&T HTC Aria – $48.88
– AT&T Samsung Capitvate – $98.88
– Sprint LG Optimus S – $0.97
– Sprint BlackBerry Curve 3G – $28.88
– Sprint BlackBerry Bold – $98.88

If you have a teenager chances are they probably asked for one of these phones too. I know my daughter has. Unfortunately we have Sprint and cannot cancel the service for another year and a half or else I’d take advantage of these great prices myself.
You will have to check with Walmart as far as phone service is concerned. I know these prices are based on a 2-year contract. This offer is not available online and the gift card cannot be used towards the purchase of the Smartphone.
Walmart is also having some great TV and Electronics sales that same time fream, November 17th – November 25th including…
– LG Blu-ray Player with Ethernet; Streams YouTube, Picasa and AccuWeather (BD 530) – $65
– Select Blu-ray Movies including Karate Kid, How to Train Your Dragon and Iron Man 2 – $19.96
– 42” Panasonic Plasma HDTV (720p model) – $478
– 42” Vizio LCD HDTV (1080p model, 120 Hz refresh rate) – $558 (was $648)
– 47” Vizio LCD HDTV (1080p model, 120 Hz refresh rate) – $698 (was $798)
– 32” Sanyo LCD HDTV (720p model, 60Hz refresh rate) – $338
– 42” Sanyo LCD HDTV (1080p model, 120Hz refresh rate) – $548
This will be a “first come, first serve” sort of thing. Once the items are out of stock there will be no rain checks. The prices are good both online and in the stores. Please don’t all rush to purchase the Blu-ray for $65. I NEEDto get that for myself. I get a lot of movies to review and many of them are DVD/Blu-ray combos so I would very much LOVE to be able to review the Blu-rays too.
