Do you have a daughter, granddaughter, niece of family friend who totally love dolls?
Growing up I LOVED playing with my dolls. I had to play by myself often. My sister is 8 years older than me, so she never really wanted to play with me. There were no kids my age on our road (we lived in a rural area) and my cousins only came to stay with us during the summer months.
I didn’t mind much. I had my plush animals and dolls to play with. I started with baby dolls and eventually moved on to Barbie dolls.
When I played with dolls they didn’t do too much. One of my dolls talked when you pulled a string in the back of her head and another doll would slowly fall to her side and fall asleep. Not exactly exciting, but I still had fun with them.
Fast forward to today. There are many dolls out there. Some are so realistic that it’s almost scary.
One such realistic doll is called Baby born.
Baby born® has touched the hearts of millions of kids around the world making them proud doll parents. BABY born® is a high-quality brand focused on parent / child role play. BABY born® grows along with girls, either as a baby to be cared for or as a playmate!
First and foremost Baby born is adorable. She has such a sweet little face. She’s just darling!
I shouldn’t really say “she” as I’m sure it could easily be a male baby doll. The doll does come with a birth certificate so the child who receives Baby born can name it anything he/she wants.
The doll does come in a girly outfit but she’s a standard doll size so she could easily fit into boy clothing.
Baby born comes with a lot of accessories which include:
- Outfit
- Hat
- Birth Certificate
- Bottle
- Pacifer
- Diaper
- Plate
- Food
- Spoon
- Potty
Not bad for one doll. It comes with everything a child could want for her (or his) baby doll. A child could start having fun with this adorable doll right out of the box.
Baby Born is more than a regular doll – she also does baby things like cry, sleep, wet her diaper and use her potty. She does all of this without batteries.
You can fill Baby born’s bottle with water and let the doll “drink” it. If you want the baby doll to cry you need to squeeze her arm. Tear will pour of her eyes.
I would recommend you purchase a baby bib for the doll because the tears come out quickly and she gets wet, especially her outfit. You can find inexpensive bibs at the dollar store.
When you feed the baby water in its bottle it will eventually come out of a small exit hole in it’s “private area”, making the diaper wet.
I am not sure if you can purchase more diapers. I just let the diaper air dry before putting it back on the doll.
The baby doll will also urinate on the potty. Simply press it’s belly button and it will release the water in it’s body (after “feeding”) into the potty.
The only thing I didn’t try was the baby’s food. My cousin had a doll that ate “food” and something bad happened to it. For that reason I didn’t try mixing the food and feeding it to the doll.
Overall I think Baby born is super cute and it comes with everything a new “parent” will need to take care of it.

I have to say this sounds like a doll my granddaughter would like. I love how it comes with all the extra things it does. I so many little ones would just love to have one.
