I am thinking about entering the contest too. I’m thinking about a Tuna, Egg & Avocado Sandwich. I just have to swing by the store this weekend to get the ingredients. Who knows. Maybe I can win one of the prizes. That would be fun!

I’ll have to pass on this and just view the recipes on their website. I actually deactivated my FB account due to the time it too away from my family. My children and husband were so happy that I started spending my evenings with them, reading/playing more, than spending time with my FB “friends”. I love avocados. Avocados are a staple here in our home. My children and I LOVE to eat them alone too. My husband will only eat them when I make dip (avocado, jalapenos,tomatoes,onion,cilantro-all chopped and mixed together)
