Do you Stumble? Are you familiar with Stumbling? Have you ever heard of Stumble Upon?
Stumble Upon is an online community that allows its users to discover and rate Web pages, photos, videos and more. It’s kind of like a serach engine that seeks out content that you wish to find as well as Internet pages that have been “liked” by others.
Its a little confusing at first. I have to admit that I’m still learning how it all works.
First you need to install the Stumble Upon task bar which can be found on the main site, www.StumbleUpon.com.
Once the task bar is installed and you have set up your free account you can start stumbling.
The task bar gives you different options. You can click on the button to stumble, like or dislike a site, share the site with others and you can even review each site too. This is just a brief run down of what you can do. There is a lot more. Like I said, I’m still learning.
To stumble all you need to do is click the stumble button and you will be taken to a website that has been “liked” by others and goes along with the preferences you set up when creating your account. There are dozens of preferences you can choose from including recipes, art, business, news, photography, humor and more.
I have found some of the most amazing photography, mouth watering recipes and helpful websites since I’ve started stumbling. I have several bookmarked adn the rest are kept in my Stumble Upon dashboard so I can go back and access those pages whenever I want.
Here are just a few things I stumble upon that I reall enjoy.

These are just SOME of the great sites I have found just by Stumbling.
If you haven’t tried Stumble Upon you should. Not only is it a great way to find new and exciting websites but it’s also a great way to share the things you like and dislike on the Internet too. Say for example you like a post that someone wrote on their blog or website simply “like” it and Stumble Upon will make sure to share that like with other members.
If you ever like a post that I did you are welcome to “stumble” the post by clicking on the Stumble Upon button found at the bottom of the post or clicking on the “like” button on the Stumble Upon task bar (if you have one installed). You can also manually at the URL to your favorites on your Stumble Upon dashboard. FYI… I would love you forever if you stumble any of my posts. 🙂
To learn more visit www.StumbleUpon.com.
FYI… I was not asked to post this. I just thought others might find it equally as entertaining as I do.

I’m still figuring out the whole stumbling thing too! I’m very thanksful for the link about stumbling timeless articles instead of giveaways and things that aren’t relevant past a certain period.

I have been Stumbling a lot lately myself. I’ve found some very helpful links, as well as, some really weird ones.
I like both 🙂

I love that playhouse closet.

I agree! Stumbling is soooo addicting. I know that there have been times when I will say to myself that I will press that cute little button only one more time. But then it doesn’t stop there.
I hope they don’t develop a rehab for Stumble Addiction. I would be the first dragged in there!

I need to look into adding stumble to my blog. There are so many tools out there and when I was new to blogging, everything was so overwhelming. Now, I think I could do that…will be looking into it tonight during my computer time! 🙂
