I am a huge fan of anything scented that will extend it’s scent to fill an entire room (or rooms) in my home. I love candles, air fresheners, reed diffusers, plugins… anything that will make a room smell clean, fresh and inviting.
I have a nice assortment of products and I make sure to rotate them often so that my family doesn’t get accustomed to the scent.
If you read my blog regularly I’m sure you might recall some posts where I reviewed scented products.
Back in March I reviewed some new scents from Air Wick – Snuggle, Cinnabon and Baby Magic. I’ve also reviewed scents from Air Wick’s National Park Collection.
Air Wick has partnered with the National Parks Foundation for the past few years. Each year they come out with new, limited edition, scents. Thankfully some of the scents return which gives you time to stock up if you happen to enjoy the fragrance.
This Spring Air Wick introduced new scents;
- Yosemite
- Gulf Islands
- Biscayne
- Channel Islands
Some old favorites have returned too;
- Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Great Smokey Mountains
- Hawaii
Each scent in the collection has been inspired by the essence of our national parks. The idea is to whisk you away to these parks when you use the scents. This is especially nice if you might never have a chance to visit these parks – or if you have visited these parks in the past and want to bring back memories.
I have sampled many of the scents. Most recently Hawaii and the new Channel Islands.
The Hawaii fragrance from Air Wick contains the scent of island Papaya and Mandarin. You might even notice the scent of Hibiscus flowers and even a touch of Sandalwood. I like it but it’s a wee bit too fruity for me. I don’t mind a touch of fruit scent but I don’t want a scent that is entirely fruity.
I really like the Channel Islands fragrance. It’s very light and “clean” smelling. It has soft notes of green moss, cedar wood and a subtle floral scent. Its light and subtle.
The Air Wick National Park collection is available in plugins and sprays. They are available at many retail locations across the country including grocery and drug stores.
For more information about these and other Air Wick products visit www.AirWick.us (notice it’s .US and not .com).
Have you tried any of the National Park scents yet? Do you have a favorite?

Boy these sound amazing and I would love trying them. My daughter is a big fan of scents. I have to be careful that they are not too strong smelling, I have lung issues.

I have used Airwick plugins in the past but I have not yet tried any of the National Park scents. I like fruity scents so I think I would like the Hawaii fragrance. Thank you for sharing this review.
